Rosaline has more than 35 years of teaching experience as a primary and secondary school teacher and as a lecturer and teacher trainer in colleges and universities. Her extensive experience in the education field has seen her conducting teacher and staff-training workshops both locally and internationally.In recent years, she has been a key facilitator and trainer for workshops conducted in Iran, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Rosaline holds a Masters in Education, a Bachelor of Education (Hons), a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language and an International Diploma in Montessori. She is also a qualified lecturer-cum-trainer for the Montessori Early Years programme offered by Montessori Centre International, United Kingdom.

Rosaline has held the position of Head, Faculty of Education in SEGi College Subang Jaya. She currently lectures on both the diploma and degree programmes (Early Childhood, Psychology and Montessori) in the SEGi University & Colleges Group. To date, she has taught and trained more than 1000 students and teachers. Besides being the advisor to River of Life Montessori Kindergarten, she also serves as an educational consultant and in-house trainer in an International Early Years establishment in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, and a nursery-and-kindergarten in SS2, Petaling Jaya.

Choy Ling has 20 years of experience working with children. She has assisted in her church Sunday School since she was 16. She was then promoted as the Superintendent of her Church Sunday School. In her work with children, she has conducted children’s camps, concerts and other outdoor and outreach activities.

Choy Ling worked in Nestle Malaysia for about 7 years. She was involved in Customer Service, before being promoted as the Key Accounts Manager, managing the Giant Supermarket portfolio. During the tenure of her employment with Nestle Malaysia, she took up a part-time course, the International Montessori Certification from London, UK. Before this, she already holds a Bachelor Degree in Business IT from Thames Valley University (UK).

Upon graduating with the International Diploma in Montessori, Choy Ling worked as an assistant Montessori Directress in Modern Montessori International, Kuala Lumpur. Soon after that, she relocated to China, working as an international directress in Buzan Montessori International, Chongqing, China. She was in-charge of the local teachers, making sure that lesson plans complied to accepted standards specified by the school. During her time in Buzan Montessori, she was selected to be the event manager of an interesting summer program me designed for the school. She has also organized other events such as Rainbow Run, Flea market, and Fun Fare, to name a few.

Recently, Choy Ling has had experience in international settings such as Iran and China, working as an assistant to Ms Rosaline Ng, during Rosaline’s overseas training workshops.

Esther has more than 16 years of teaching experience as a preschool educator. She is musically inclined and has organized and choreographed dance performances in annual school concerts for over 300 children.

Esther holds an International Montessori Diploma from the United Kingdom (UK) and is a Fungates-trained and ACE-trained educator. She has wide experience working with children both in Montessori as well as non-Montessori settings. However, her passion has always been in the Montessori method of education.

Esther has worked as an Academic Facilitator cum Administrator in Tadika Juara Cerdik. She is also on the advisory board of the Methodist Kindergarten for Trinity Methodist Church in Petaling Jaya.
